What is Country Fusion?

Country Fusion is a 50-minute LIIT-based workout fusing country line dancing with Latin, hip-hop, jazz, swing, honky-tonk, and two-step to burn up to 500 calories. It improves muscle endurance, flexibility, posture, coordination, balance, memory, core strength, and fat loss while being modifiable for all ages, fitness levels, and genders.

Who founded Country Fusion?

Elizabeth Mooney created Country Fusion; she's a professional dancer since age 2 with over 10 years in fitness, former NY dance studio owner, Off-Broadway producer, and holder of certifications like AFAA Personal Trainer, Zumba, Barre, HIIT, Bootcamp, and CPR/AED.

What classes are available?

Classes include Country Fusion Beginner/Advanced (line dance-focused), Barre Toning, Stiletto Diva Strut, Broadway Dance, Total Body Fit, Belly/Butt/Thighs, Pole Dance Fitness, Two Step/Country Swing, Salsa, Private Dance Lessons, and Pole Privates. In-person options run Monday-Saturday at Nashville HQ; Zoom virtual classes are also offered.

How much do classes cost?

Single group classes cost $30; monthly unlimited (all classes except pole) is $144, with pole included at $164; virtual unlimited is $84. Bachelorette parties start at $390 for 1.5 hours (up to 6 people, $65/additional); privates range $30-$100 or $75/hour personal training.

Where and when are classes held?

Classes are at Nashville HQ (2416 Music Valley Dr. Ste. 142); schedule includes Tuesday 11am Country Fusion, evenings for Salsa/Pole/Swing, and weekends for parties/privates. Zoom classes require purchase then emailing Elizabeth@countryfusion.net for links.

Do I need experience or equipment?

No experience needed—classes suit beginners to advanced and all levels. Bring a mat (except Country Fusion/Broadway), water, indoor shoes; weights provided but personal ones allowed; wear workout attire.

What about certifications or events?

Instructor certifications available (plus kids/aquatics); save up to $125 on multiples. Ideal for bachelorette parties, group events, date nights with live entertainment.

On Sunday, December 6, Country Fusion founder Elizabeth Mooney will lead a Live Instructor Certification at Palm Harbor DanceSport. It’s four hours of in-person training built for instructors who want to teach Country Fusion with confidence.

Why go live?

Online certification gets you started. Training in the room takes you further.

In person, you get real-time feedback on your cueing, your energy and your delivery. You see how the founder builds a class and reads a crowd, and you meet other instructors who share your love for the format. Some things don’t come through on a screen, and this is your chance to get them firsthand.

Already certified online?

This session is open to all instructors who got certified online at no cost. If you’ve been teaching from the online program, this is the next step: sharpen your skills, ask your questions and train alongside Elizabeth in person.

As a Country Fusion® Star, you will receive discounts on Country Fusion® apparel and will receive support from Country Fusion® on how to market and promote your Country Fusion® classes. You will also receive a list of the songs that are used in the Country Fusion® work out class and will receive the choreography to the songs.

Your certification includes an instructor’s manual, reference videos, and certification exam. Once you’ve completed all certification steps, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.

Country Fusion® burns 500+ calories in one 50 minute session! It is centered around country line dancing with 4 wildcard (non-country) dances.
